How many times have you kept silent while your boss verbally degraded you because you really needed the job and the money? This was done to me once in front of other co-workers. I than went home and vented to friends, some congratulated me for doing the mature thing by keeping my mouth shut and keeping my job. Some said I should just spend company time looking for a new job and others said I should have told the jerk off.
