Cs Are Not Acceptable
If you were an owner of a business would you expect your employees to know 50%, 60%, 75%, 80%, 90% or 100% of their job skills or job description?
When is an employee's performance to be sub-standard?
Should an employee expect a raise if they are only doing 70 percent of they're job?
Common sense dictates that every employee should know at least 75 percent of they're job and what is expected from them. Common sense would say that before an employee receives a promotion, they should know 100 percent of they're job and responsibilities.
In order to reach success you must accept that Cs are not acceptable. The following failure Cs must be left behind in order for you to take steps into success.
